Caroline Martin, First Nation Traditional Owner and Custodian of Naarm and environs, is an acclaimed advocate for First Nation rights and an exemplary provider of important traditional cultural services in Melbourne. With over 35 years of expertise in First Peoples Affairs, she has served as a Senior Manager and Policy Adviser across Arts and Culture, Tourism, Education, and the Victorian Public Sector.

Caroline's extensive national and international networks within First Nations communities have secured her executive roles on numerous boards, including Aboriginal Tourism Victoria and Artists for Kids Culture. As the former Manager of Bunjilaka Aboriginal Cultural Centre at Melbourne Museum, she led the award-winning First Peoples exhibition, setting a benchmark in community engagement and design.
