Booking Process

ARTIST-BOOKINGS.COM implements a streamlined BOOKING PROCESS designed to facilitate elite performance outcomes for corporate and private functions across AUSTRALIA. Our agency manages the complex logistics of talent procurement, ensuring that event bookers receive precise instrumentation and ensemble configurations for every specific requirement. This professional BOOKING PROCESS includes the comprehensive assessment of site-specific acoustic management and signal path requirements to accommodate both unplugged arrangements and fully amplified stage performances. By following our structured protocol, clients gain access to a reliable service that prioritises clear communication and professional support throughout every phase of event planning. Our team oversees the coordination of technical riders and stage plots to ensure that every artist delivers tangible results. How our Booking process works

Provide Artist Bookings with your requirements:

  • Venue

  • Performance date

  • Performance times

  • Sound check times if needed

  • Style and genre of music or entertainment

  • Dress code for artists

  • Budget guidelines

And we will provide you with links to suitable artists and performers.

  1. Select your top three performers or leave the choice to us and we will investigate availability with the artists.

  2. Once an artist has confirmed availability we send you an online confirmation form and an invoice.

  3. Accept the confirmation and pay the invoice within 14 days (*subject to performance date) and your artists will arrive on the day ready to perform.

  4. We handle all the communications with the artists so let us know of any chances to requirements

  5. Following the gig we will send you a feedback form

For Artists

  1. We will contact you with an availability enquiry (via email and/or sms) to advise of available gigs. Please respond promptly.

  2. We will provide you with information about dates, times, style and genre, dress code and your fee

  3. If you accept the gig on the conditions set out in the Availability enquiry we advise the client and wait for their online confirmation.

  4. Once the client has accepted the online confirmation we issue you with either a provisional booking (which requires you to hold the date of the event for 14 days whilst the client organises payment) or a Booking Confirmation which you accept.

  5. We manage the communications with the client and ensure you are fully briefed on your gig

  6. Following your performance please send your invoice to invoice@artist-bookings.com for payment

  7. All feedback received from the client is made available to you
