Hypnotic Groove is Australia’s most representative large Cumbia Orchestra. Their wall of sound is unstoppable on the dance floor and with the collective energy of authentic Colombian singers, accompanied by a serious Orchestra vibe and strong percussion section, combining elements of Reggae, Ragga and Roots from the Colombian Caribbean performed by some of Australian finest Horn Section. This orchestra has conquered Australia’s music scene.
Put together by Colombian and Australian musicians, the project has the common vision of introducing the purest sounds of the golden era of Orchestrated Cumbia to Australian audiences. Cumbia is the most contagious, joyful rhythm from Latin America.
